Write a reply of under 150 words that thanks them, confirms we will make adjustments, says exactly what we can do or what we need to check, gives a named contact, and says when they will hear back. Add a chat version.

Rules:
- Do not ask the candidate to disclose a diagnosis, condition or medical evidence. Ask only what they need to participate, and who they would prefer to speak to.
- Do not comment on the candidate's condition or suggest the request affects their chances.
- Do not promise an adjustment that is not on the available list. If the request is outside it, say we will look into it and escalate to the named contact.
- Keep the request confidential: colleagues are told the adjustment only, never the reason.
- Tell me to check my legal duties with HR or legal if the request is unusual.
