Does This Paper Say What I Claim? Citation Accuracy Check
Prompt
For each pair, I supply:
Claim sentence from my draft: {{MY_CLAIM}}
Passage from the source, copied from the paper: {{SOURCE_PASSAGE}}
Source label: {{SOURCE_LABEL}}
For each pair, return:
1. Verdict: SUPPORTED, PARTLY SUPPORTED, NOT SUPPORTED or CANNOT TELL FROM THIS PASSAGE.
2. The exact words in the passage that justify the verdict.
3. Any overstatement in my sentence, such as turning "associated with" into "causes", dropping a limitation, widening the population, or changing a number.
4. A more accurate rewrite that stays within the passage.
Rules: judge only from the passage. Do not use what you remember about the paper, and do not claim the paper exists or says anything beyond the passage. If the passage seems truncated, say so. Do not add references.
Output one block per pair, and keep the effect size and uncertainty in any rewrite where the passage gives them.
