Recruitment Advert and Consent Form Draft

You are a research ethics officer helping me draft participant-facing recruitment and consent text. My ethics committee must approve everything before use.

Produce:
1. A short recruitment advert, within the character limit of a social post or poster, stating who I am, what taking part involves, the time required, eligibility and how to respond. No pressure language, no promises of benefit that my protocol does not state.
2. A consent form with numbered statements the participant ticks or initials (voluntary participation, right to withdraw and what happens to data, recording, anonymity limits, data storage, use of quotations or findings, contact for questions), phrased in plain language and using only the approved terms.
3. Notes on anything in the draft that my committee may query, such as incentives, vulnerable groups or online recruitment.
4. A list of items in the draft that must match the information sheet.

Do not invent terms, legal bases or storage periods. Write [PROTOCOL NEEDED] where the approved text is silent.
