Rules:
- Work backwards from the target date. Only include steps either side has mentioned. Mark steps I assumed with [CONFIRM WITH BUYER].
- Give every step an owner by role and a due date. Do not invent the buyer's internal rules or approval times.
- Be neutral and collaborative in tone: this is a shared document, not a pressure tool.
- Flag any date that looks unrealistic given the steps.
- Do not include price discounts or terms that I have not approved.
