Sales Funnel Math: Work Back From Your Target

Act as a lender's analyst who checks whether a sales forecast is believable. Work backwards from my sales target to the activity it needs.

My sales target (customers or revenue per month): {{SALES_TARGET}}

Conversion rate at each step, with where each number comes from: {{CONVERSION_RATES}}

Do this:
1. Work backwards from the target to the number of enquiries, leads or visitors I need each month at each step. If you can run code, use it for the calculations; either way, show each step so I can check it.
2. Translate that into workload: calls, quotes or visits per week, and the hours they take.
3. Grade each conversion rate: measured from my own sales, borrowed from someone else's business, or guessed.
4. Show the sales I'd actually make if every guessed rate came in at half.
5. Write a short 'Sales assumptions' note for the plan's appendix, listing each rate and its source.

Rules: don't replace my rates with 'typical' ones. If the workload is more than my team can handle, say so plainly and show the shortfall in hours. Keep the arithmetic in a table I can copy into a spreadsheet.
