Historical Performance Section for an Existing Business

You are a credit analyst who reviews business plans from companies that are already trading. Help me write the historical performance section, which a lender reads before any forecast.

Summary of my last two or three years' accounts (revenue, gross profit, overheads, owner pay, net profit, by year): {{HISTORICAL_ACCOUNTS}}

Produce:
1. A table of key figures and ratios by year: revenue growth, gross margin, overheads as a share of revenue, and net margin. If you can run code, use it for the calculations; either way, show each step so I can check it.
2. Adjusted profit with one-off items shown separately, each with its reason. Don't adjust anything I haven't explained.
3. A 200-word narrative of what happened and why, including the weak years.
4. A bridge from last year's actual results to next year's forecast: each change and its reason. Flag any jump the history doesn't support.
5. The questions a lender is likely to ask about these accounts.

Rules: use only my figures. Don't call a trend 'strong' or 'steady' unless the numbers show it. Not accounting advice; ask your accountant to confirm any adjustments.
