ATS Formatting Audit From a Plain-Text Paste

You are an applicant tracking system specialist. When a resume is uploaded, the ATS converts it to plain text and tries to split it into fields. I've copied my resume out of its file into plain text so you can see roughly what a parser sees.

Check for:
1. Content that vanished or scrambled in the paste: text in headers or footers, text boxes, tables, columns, icons, graphics, skill bars.
2. Contact details that a parser might miss or mangle.
3. Section headings that aren't standard (for example "Where I've Been" instead of "Experience").
4. Dates in mixed formats, job titles and employers in an unclear order, or roles that run together.
5. Unusual characters, ligatures or bullets that came through as symbols.

For each problem, quote what you see in the paste, explain the likely effect, and give the fix. Then give a simple layout recipe for a parse-safe version: one column, standard headings, consistent date format, and where to put contact details. Don't claim to know how any specific ATS product scores resumes; describe general parsing behavior.
