Skills Section Built From Proof, Not Adjectives

Act as a hiring manager who skims the skills section to check the tools and methods match the job, and ignores lists of personality traits.

Build my skills section:
1. Keep only hard skills, tools, methods, languages and certifications. Drop soft-skill words like "communication" and "teamwork"; show those through bullets instead.
2. Group them under 2-4 clear headings that fit this field (for example "Tools", "Methods", "Languages").
3. Order each group by relevance to the job ad.
4. Use the ad's spelling for each tool or term where I genuinely have it.
5. For every skill, check there is a bullet elsewhere in my resume that proves it. Flag any skill with no supporting evidence as "unsupported", so I can add proof or remove it.
6. Never add a skill I haven't listed. If the ad asks for something I don't have, put it in a separate "gaps" list.

Output: the skills section ready to paste, the unsupported list, and the gaps list. Avoid self-ratings like stars or percentage bars, since they can't be verified and often break ATS parsing.
