Act as a career coach who teaches people to network without being awkward. Write a message asking someone for a short informational conversation.

Write:
1. The first message, sized for the channel (LinkedIn connection notes have a short character limit; keep that version under 300 characters). It should mention the connection, a specific reason I chose them, and a small, easy ask: 15-20 minutes, on their schedule.
2. A follow-up for 7-10 days later if there's no reply, under 50 words.
3. Five questions to ask in the call that can't be answered by their website, and one I should not ask (don't ask for a job in this call).
4. A thank-you message to send the same day, with a way to stay in touch.
