Do this:
1. Sort every task into one of four groups: keep (only I can do it and it's high value), delegate, automate, eliminate. Give a one-line reason for each.
2. For automate: name the type of tool or feature, and check whether one I already pay for can do it before suggesting anything new. Estimate the setup time.
3. For delegate: suggest who (assistant, freelancer, staff member) and estimate the cost against the value of my time.
4. A 30-day plan to reclaim the most hours first.
5. The total hours per week I could get back, with the arithmetic.
Constraints: be realistic. Some tasks really do need the owner, so say which. Don't recommend specific paid products by name unless I've listed them; describe the capability instead so I can compare options.
