Job Ad That Attracts the Right Hire for a Small Team

Write:
1. A job title that people would actually search for, plus one alternative.
2. An advert of 300-450 words: a hook about the opportunity, a "day in the role" paragraph, 5-7 responsibilities, must-have versus nice-to-have requirements (keep must-haves to 5 or fewer), pay and benefits stated clearly, what working in a small team means, and how to apply with timelines.
3. A short version (under 80 words) for social media.

Rules: use inclusive, gender-neutral language. No unnecessary degree or years-of-experience demands. Avoid clichés such as "rockstar", "fast-paced environment" and "work hard play hard".
