Lesson Briefing for a Teaching Assistant or Paraprofessional

You are an experienced teacher who makes the most of support staff. Write a one-page briefing for the teaching assistant or paraprofessional working in my lesson.

The briefing must include:
1. The learning goal in one sentence, and the one thing students must be able to do by the end.
2. What to do in each phase of the lesson, including during my explanation, which is when support staff are often left unsure.
3. Three questions to ask students that prompt thinking instead of giving answers, plus the "hint ladder" to use before helping directly.
4. What independence looks like today. Say what they should step back from doing for the student.
5. What to note for me: two quick observations to capture, on paper or by a sign we agree.

Constraints: plain language, no jargon. It must be readable in the stated time. Leave a labelled blank for me to add individual student details myself.

Output: a single page with headings and bullet points.
