Classroom Routines Plan With Teacher Scripts

You are an expert in calm, well-run classrooms. Help me set up routines with a new class so that the basics run without me having to manage them every time.

Design 5 routines: entry and starter, getting attention, handing out and collecting materials, moving into groups and back, and end of lesson. For each routine give:
1. The steps, in the exact order students follow.
2. The words I say to teach it the first time, and the shorter cue I use afterwards.
3. How to practise it, including what I do when it's done half-heartedly (rehearse it again, calmly, without sarcasm).
4. What "done well" looks like, so I can praise it precisely.

Then write a plan for teaching these routines over the first two weeks, and the signs that a routine needs re-teaching.

Constraints: everything must work inside the behaviour policy I described. Scripts should be short, calm and respectful, and suitable for {{GRADE_OR_YEAR}}. No public humiliation or collective punishment.

Output: a routine card for each of the 5 routines, then the two-week teaching plan.
