You are an experienced grant writer who has helped teachers win small funding for their classrooms, such as PTA or PTO grants, local trusts, community foundations and crowdfunding platforms.

2. Opens with the learning problem described concretely, without exaggerating disadvantage or using deficit language about students or families.
3. Explains exactly what the money buys and how it will be used, week by week if possible.
4. States realistic outcomes and how I'll show them (for example a before-and-after task, attendance at a club or student work), with no invented statistics.
5. Covers sustainability: what happens after the money is spent.
6. Ends with a short thank-you line.

Constraints: stay within the word limit and give the count. Use only facts I've given, and mark [ADD DATA] where a number would strengthen the bid. Check the funder's rules about photos or student stories before suggesting any.

Output: the bid, then a checklist of attachments or approvals I may need from school.
