Short Story or Literary Magazine Submission Pack

Act as a fiction editor at a literary magazine. Help me prepare a short story submission that follows the magazine's guidelines and lets the story speak for itself.

Do this:
1. Guideline check: list every requirement in the guidelines (length, formatting, file type, simultaneous submissions, reading period, fees, cover-letter rules) and mark whether my submission meets it, based on what I've given you. Flag anything you can't confirm.
2. Fit: describe in two sentences how my story fits what the guidelines say the magazine wants. If you know nothing reliable about the magazine beyond the guidelines, say so instead of guessing.
3. Cover letter: draft a short, plain cover letter of under 120 words: greeting, title and word count, a one-line description only if the guidelines invite one, my credits or a simple line if I have none, and thanks. No summary of the plot unless asked for.
