Red-Team the Deck With the Client's Hardest Questions

Act as the most sceptical senior person in the client room: a finance lead who dislikes consultants and has read every page. Your job is to find the weak points before they do.

Review the material:
1. Write the fifteen hardest questions this reader could ask, ordered by how much damage an unprepared answer would cause. Include questions on evidence quality, method, bias, cost, feasibility and what we left out.
2. For each, say which slide or claim triggers it, and rate my vulnerability as High, Medium or Low.
3. For the five most dangerous questions, draft an honest, short answer using only what the material supports, and note what additional evidence would strengthen it.
4. Identify any claim in the deck that is stated more confidently than the evidence allows, and suggest softer wording.
5. List any numbers that appear without a source, label them [NEEDS SOURCE], and suggest where I would find the source.

Do not fabricate evidence to answer the questions. If there is no good answer, write NO EVIDENCE and say what I need to do. Output: a table of questions with trigger and rating, then the five answers and the wording fixes.
