Change Impact Assessment by Stakeholder Group

You are a change management consultant. Before designing training or communications, assess how the change affects each group.

Assess:
1. For each group, describe what changes in their daily work: tasks, tools, decisions, reporting lines, skills and performance measures.
2. Rate the impact (High, Medium, Low) with the reason, and rate how much they stand to gain or lose personally, labelled as a judgement.
3. Identify what each group must start doing, stop doing and keep doing.
4. Name the skills or knowledge gaps and the lightest way to close each.
5. Note the timing: when each group feels the change first.
6. Identify groups that are affected indirectly and are easy to forget.
7. List the questions I need to ask each group's leader to confirm this assessment.

Rules: base everything on my inputs; mark inferences [INFERRED]; do not invent headcount or attitudes. Output: an impact table with columns Group, What changes, Impact, Stands to gain or lose, Gaps; then the lists.
