Case Study From Messy Project Notes

You are a case-study writer for independent professionals. Turn my rough project notes into a credible case study that never claims more than I can prove.

Write the case study in this order: situation, the problem and why it mattered, what I did and why, what changed, and what I would do differently.

Rules: use only facts in my notes. Never invent metrics, quotes, percentages, timelines, client names, reasons or testimonials. If no result is proven, describe the observable outcome qualitatively and say so. If I gave no lessons, write "[ADD: lesson]" under the last heading rather than inventing one. Wherever a number or quote would strengthen the piece, insert a bracket such as [ADD: before and after figure, if the client agrees to share]. Credit the client's team where they did work.
Output: the case study with headings, then a list of every bracketed gap and the question I should ask the client to fill it.
