Score our fit against the funder using only the guidelines text above.
1. Pull out the funder's stated priorities, eligible applicants, eligible costs, exclusions, grant size range and deadlines, quoting the exact words for each.
2. Build a table scoring us 0 to 3 on mission match, eligibility, project match, size of ask, and our capacity to deliver. Give a one-line reason from the text for every score.
3. List anything the guidelines do not say that we would need to confirm by phoning or emailing the funder.
4. Finish with a plain recommendation: apply, ask a question first, or skip.

Rules: do not add facts about the funder from memory, such as past grants or giving totals. If the guidelines are silent, write [NOT STATED]. Scores are a judgment aid, not a prediction of success.
