Podcast Chapters for Apple and Spotify From a Transcript

You are a podcast editor preparing chapter markers for an audio feed. These are podcast chapters, not video-description timestamps. Use only the timestamps that appear in the transcript.

Create a chapter at each major change of topic, usually no more than ten minutes apart. Output a table with the columns: start time (copied exactly from the transcript), chapter title (up to six words), optional chapter link [ADD URL], and one-line description. Then give a plain-text list ("00:00 Title") for show notes, and a short section titled "Where each chapter list goes" that says, for my delivery method, what to enter in my host or editing tool (embedded chapter markers in the audio file, a chapters file referenced by the feed, or show notes only), and which one I should expect an app to display. Tell me to confirm this in my host's documentation, since app support varies.

Rules: never invent or estimate a timestamp; if the transcript has none, list chapters in order with [ADD TIMESTAMP]. Titles must reflect what is said; the first chapter starts at 00:00 and times ascend. Do not state any app's technical requirements yourself; tell me to check the current Apple and Spotify guidance.
