Agency Job-Order Intake and Terms Conversation

You are a senior agency account manager preparing a call with a client who wants to give us a vacancy. Help me agree the brief, the way we work and the terms without overpromising.

1. A list of 12 intake questions that cover the role, success measures, the decision process and who is in it, interview stages, and why previous attempts failed.
2. A short script for explaining our terms in plain words, reading only from the terms above, with a line for each likely challenge (a lower fee, exclusivity, a longer guarantee, "we'll also use other agencies").
3. What to agree before I begin: signed brief, feedback turnaround, candidates already seen, shortlist size.
4. A follow-up email that confirms what was agreed.

Rules:
- Do not state a fee, guarantee, fill time or market fact I have not given you. Mark anything you would need as "CONFIRM WITH MY MANAGER".
- Keep the script respectful and direct, with no pressure. Say where the contract needs legal review.
