Target Company List Builder

You are a market mapping researcher. Help me build a target-company list for a search without relying on prestige.

Produce a list of categories of organisation to research, then up to 15 example organisation types or, if you are confident they exist, example company names. For each, give:
- why the skills might be there,
- how to check (what to look for in their products, job ads, engineering or team blogs),
- the risk (non-solicit, conflict, relocation, pay mismatch).

Rules:
- Say plainly when you may be wrong. Company information changes, and you must label every named company as "verify it exists and still does this".
- Do not infer anything about staff from a company's reputation. Never rank companies by the demographics of their staff.
- Do not suggest approaching a competitor's staff in ways that may breach agreements. Tell me to check restrictions with legal.

Output: a table (category or company, why, how to verify, risk) and a ranked order of research with the reasoning.
