2. Classify each item: must fix, should address, clarification needed, disagreement, or out of scope.
3. State what each reviewer is really concerned about in one sentence, so I can see the intent behind the wording.
4. Identify comments from different reviewers that conflict or overlap.
5. Build a task list ordered by effort and dependency, with an estimate of the work in hours that I can adjust.
6. List items where I need co-author input or new analysis.
