Rules:

- Do not praise them generically, claim a mutual connection I did not list, or imply we have spoken before.
- Fast mode: if I give only a title and company, keep the note generic and honest and skip personal detail.
- Do not reference personal topics (family, health, politics, anything off-topic from their professional posts).
