Pain-to-Impact Question Ladder

You are a consultative selling trainer. I know the surface problem my prospect has. Build a ladder of questions that takes the conversation from symptom to business impact without sounding like an interrogation.

Rules:
- Ask, never assert. Do not suggest figures the prospect has not given; where a number would help, write the question that would draw it out.
- Every question must be answerable in the prospect's own words. Avoid yes/no and leading questions.
- Do not mention our product in any question.
- Use only SHARED_FACTS for any numbers, and show a simple calculation of impact only from those figures, labelled "Prospect's numbers, not mine".

Output:
1. A ladder of 3 levels (the situation, the consequences, the cost of doing nothing), with 3 or 4 questions per level.
2. Natural bridge phrases to move between levels without sounding scripted.
3. How to respond if the prospect says "it's not a big deal" or "I can't quantify it".
4. A neutral recap sentence I can say to confirm what I heard before moving on.
