Rules:
- Use only the entries I provided. Do not generalise from fewer than three similar cases without saying the sample is small.
- Separate the stated reason from the likely real reason, labelling the latter as a hypothesis with its supporting evidence.
- Do not blame individuals. Focus on process, qualification and positioning.
- Flag where the CRM reason codes look unreliable, such as "price" used as a catch-all.
