Disclosure Wording for Sponsors, Gifts and Affiliate Links

Rules:
- You are not a lawyer and rules change. Present everything as drafting help and tell me to check YouTube's current help page on paid product placements, sponsorships and endorsements, plus my local authority's advertising guidance (for example the FTC in the US, the ASA and CMA in the UK), and to ask the brand for its requirements.
- Wording must be clear, early and in the same language as the video. Avoid vague tags such as "thanks to" or "#sp" alone.
- Cover three places: a spoken line, an on-screen text line, and a description line. For affiliate links, say what the relationship is.
- Do not suggest hiding the disclosure below the fold.
