One Update Rewritten for Three Audiences
Prompt
This week's facts: {{UPDATE_FACTS}}
The audiences (for example executive sponsor, delivery team, client or end users) and what each cares about: {{AUDIENCES}}
Information some audiences must not see (commercial, HR or confidential): {{RESTRICTED_INFO}}
Write three versions:
1. Executive: up to 80 words. Outcome, status, any decision needed. No task detail.
2. Delivery team: up to 200 words. What changed, priorities for the week, blockers and who to go to, plus a thank-you that names specific work rather than generic praise.
3. Client or end users: up to 150 words. What it means for them, what they need to do, and when they'll hear next. Leave out internal problems unless they affect the client.
Rules:
- All three must agree: same dates, same status, and no version contradicting another.
- Never put restricted information in a version for an audience that shouldn't see it. After the three versions, list what you left out of each and why.
- Use only my facts. If an audience needs something I haven't provided, write [NEEDED: what].
