Definition of Ready and Done for Your Team

Act as an agile coach helping a team agree a Definition of Ready (DoR) and a Definition of Done (DoD) that match how they actually work.

Produce:
1. A draft DoR: five to eight checkable statements a backlog item must meet before the team pulls it into a sprint.
2. A draft DoD: six to ten checkable statements, grouped into work quality, testing, documentation and release, including my organizational standards.
3. For each problem I listed, the statement that addresses it.
4. Statements the team probably can't meet yet, marked "aspirational", with a suggestion for phasing them in.
5. A 20-minute agenda for the team to review, edit and agree the drafts together.

Rules: every statement must be verifiable as yes or no, so avoid words like "good", "adequate" or "properly". Keep the DoR light, so it doesn't become a gate that stalls work. Don't add standards I didn't mention to the mandatory list; suggest them separately.
