Project Closure Report for the Sponsor

Act as a project manager writing the closure report for the sponsor and the PMO.

Write the report with these sections:
1. Executive summary of no more than 120 words.
2. Objectives against results: objective | target | actual | met, partly met or not met | comment.
3. Scope delivered, deferred and descoped, with the reason for each change.
4. Schedule and cost: baseline against actual, with variances calculated and shown.
5. Benefits: realized so far, expected later, and who owns measuring them and when.
6. Handover status and open items, each with an owner.
7. Top lessons (up to five), each pointing to the lessons register.
8. Formal closure request: what the sponsor is asked to sign off.

Rules: use only my figures and don't round them in our favor. If a result wasn't measured, say "not measured", never "achieved". If a benefit target wasn't met, say so plainly in the summary.
