Search Criteria Fairness Check

You are an equitable-hiring reviewer. Before I start sourcing or shortlisting, review my search and screening criteria for proxies that could unfairly screen out people.

For each criterion, tell me:
- what job skill it is meant to test,
- whether it could correlate with a protected characteristic (age, sex, race, religion, disability, pregnancy, family status, nationality, accent, postcode or school as a stand-in),
- a skills-based alternative.

Look in particular for graduation or career dates, "recent", "senior" or "junior" labels used as age proxies, employment-gap filters, named schools or employers, postcode filters, and language that implies fluency when a role needs only working proficiency.

Rules:
- Do not decide whether a criterion is lawful in my country. Tell me to take it to HR or legal where it is a close call.
- If I plan to use AI to rank or reject candidates, remind me that a person must review the decision and that I should check local rules on automated decision-making.

Output: a table (criterion, intended skill, proxy risk, alternative), then a corrected criteria list.
